As I reflect upon and appreciate the rich 60 year history of Oconee State Bank, words such as stability, consistency, service, community, and family come to mind.  We are very fortunate to have many team members who have dedicated their careers to Oconee State Bank and are key components of the bank’s tremendous success.  This history, our heritage, sets us apart, must forever be cherished, and is the foundation for our future growth.

As we look to the future, we will hold tight to our heritage and seek to retain and attract the best bankers in the industry to support growth into new markets, digital transformation, and facilities innovation.  As we embark on a journey to become Georgia’s most remarkable community bank, we feel passionately that we must remember our 60 years of history and use it as a catalyst to continue to fulfill our Vision to be essential to the lives, businesses, and communities we serve.
