Did you know Oconee State Bank has teams of people dedicated to serving? It’s one of the best parts of who we are. We like to call these teams “Culture Committees”, and they do more for you than you might think. In total, Oconee State Bank has 6 culture committees. Each one has a specific mission in mind. Take our Remarkable Experiences committee for example. Their entire purpose is ensuring the best possible experience for you, our customer. Then there’s our Community committee. The work diligently to support service efforts in and around our community. They partner with local organizations and non-profits to give back to our community. These teams are an important part of the Oconee State Bank culture. They are the ones that implement the values and virtues that hold us together as a company. They’re the physical embodiment of our mission in action.  It’s what makes us who we are.
