OSB Veteran, Cristi Donahue, reflects on her more than 23 years of service at Oconee State Bank and shares why she loves her bank!
In 1998, fresh out of college and two months shy of saying “I do,” I took a step off of my intended career path to move to Oconee County and join the Oconee State Bank team. Twenty three years later, I’m still considering that one of my best decisions.
The Bogart Financial Center was my first OSB home and will always hold a special place in my heart. From that point on, I was afforded countless opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally, which led me to my dream role as EVP Chief Retail Officer.
It’s hard to articulate why I love Oconee State Bank so very much, there are many reasons I bleed blue and green! My passion is serving others and OSB, through its own Vision and Mission, encourages me to do just that, which is a priceless benefit.
Oconee County is a great place to live, work, pray, and play and being part of an organization that contributes to that success, is beyond rewarding. I am forever grateful to past and present leadership for allowing me to play a small part in such a remarkable journey.
