OSB Veteran, Deesha Hagwood, reflects on her more than 22 years of service at Oconee State Bank and shares why she loves her bank!

I have been with OSB for 22 years, and I am more excited than ever to be a part of this team!

My personal passions are faith, family, and community.  To work for an organization whose vision, mission, and values lead to investing in and creating positive impact in those same areas is a joy and a blessing.  I see the many ways OSB is marking lives in my community, the same place where my family lives, works, and plays.  To know that I have a small part in that gives me fresh energy and inspiration each day in my role with the bank.

For me, it’s more than being part of a financial institution that strives to bring the very best value to our customers, or to fulfill a mission of giving back and creating remarkable experiences for the communities we serve.  We DO all those things and more!  But it’s not only what we do, but WHO we are that creates impact.  It’s the opportunity to work with an incredible team of people who each strive to align their passion and purpose with that of our organization, and together make the lives of those we serve BETTER.
